Employee Assistance: The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a work-based intervention program designed to assist employees with a wide variety of issues that may or may not be adversely affecting an employee’s job performance, health, mental health, and emotional well-being. Presenting issues may include depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, etc. EAO counselors have attained Masters Degrees in Social Work along with licensure from the NCSWCLB. Maternity CARE (for those on ARHS health plan): Birth defects, premature birth, and perinatal complications are the leading cause of infant mortality in the US. If you are planning a pregnancy, UMR’s Maternity CARE will help you learn about potential health risks and the things you can do to prevent complications for you and your baby. Virtual and eCoaching with the Cleveland Clinic

Cleveland Clinic/Bravo Health Coaching   ARHS and Bravo have partnered with the Cleveland Clinic to provide one on one, personalized health coaching services for you. This lifestyle-based coaching focuses on your physical and emotional health. Whether you want to lose weight, reduce stress, manage an existing condition, or maintain your current health, your personal coach is here to help. eCoaching is a series of interactive, highly personalized coaching sessions over the course of several months. You’ll be matched with a dedicated coach to help you target behavior change that can lead to results.

One-Time Consult: Connect with a coach to review Love Your Life enrollment results, review areas of your health and well-being that you’re working on, and learn tips for adopting healthy habits. Phone calls take about 30 minutes.

Lifestyle-Based eCoaching: Your needs are diverse which is why we offer a wide variety of health coaching programs for you to choose from.
