Spread Some Loving Kindness

One thing we can all use more of right now is a little loving-kindness. Recently, the American Heart Association recommended this meditation as a way to practice feeling unconditional compassion for ourselves and others. This practice can help you feel more grounded by expanding your empathy and connection within and with others.

How does it work?

When it is right for you, take the mental well-being challenge before the end of Quarter 3 (July 1st-September 30th). Set aside 15-30 minutes for 15 days to sit quietly and direct kindness and love to yourself and expand the kindness outwardly to others. Complete this challenge by the end of September for 25 Love Your Life points.
