How to get your Love Your Life lab results

Your Love Your Life lab results are available to you through our ARHS online Patient Portal, Follow My Health, or in hard copy form from Medical Records.

 

Medical Records- Hard Copy

For participants who do not want to use the  ARHS Patient Portal for their Love Your Life results, hard copies are available through Medical Records.

  • At Cannon Memorial, requests may be made Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8:00-4:30.
  • At Watauga Medical, requests may be made: Mon-Fri, 8:00-4:15.

 

Follow My Health, Patient Portal – Online Records

For those WITH a FollowMyHealth® account:

  • You will receive an email notification saying “ARHS  has updated your FollowMyHealth® Patient Portal. Please log in to view your secure message”.
  • Log in and visit the Results Tab to access your results.

 

For those who DO NOT have an account at FollowMyHealth®: 

First: Set up your account

  1. Click this link and then click “I need to sign up.”
  2. Create an account using a personal email address.
  3. Connect your account to ARHS (hospitals/cancer center/ARMA offices). Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your account.
    • * If ARHS does not appear, skip the organization selection during the account setup and once the account is created, select “My Account/Connections/Add Organization”. Then switch the Organization type to hospital and select ARHS.
  4. You will need to accept our Terms of Service, enter your 4-digit Year of Birth, and accept the release of information.

Second: Access Your Results

  • You will receive an email notification saying “ARHS  has updated your FollowMyHealth® Patient Portal. Please log in to view your secure message”.
  • Log in and visit the Results Tab to access your results.
